Health Management Analyst, Health and Benefits (Night Shift) Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines This position is responsible for providing support to United States-based Health and Benefits Consultants. Within this role, as a member of the North American client team, you will collect and analyse data that informs strategic business decisions and produce client‑facing reports with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Serve as analyst for US MHPAEA NQTL projects, managing project kick‑offs, status meetings, and deliverables. Prepare and manage NQTL carrier data requests, review vendor documents, monitor responses, and produce parity project reviews. Validate data completeness, map responses to NQTL documentation, and identify compliance gaps. Coordinate follow‑up calls/emails with carriers and vendors; support overall NQTL report completion. Schedule meetings, coordinate colleague efforts, and participate in weekly status calls and MHPAEA roundtables. Maintain documentation and deliverables consistent with WTW processes and peer review standards. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in US health and welfare plans or related consulting; experience with US-based consulting or healthcare firm is a plus. Understanding of US health plan utilization, network management, credentialing, quality management, pharmacy prior‑authorization, and health plan operations. Basic knowledge of Mental Health Parity regulations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong collaboration, client service orientation, and ability to work across virtual teams. Proactive, self‑starter, strong critical and analytical skills, and ability to resolve issues.
