Hybrid - Makati >10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations (Asset Management) to provide strategic and operational leadership across asset management and investment businesses. This executive role will drive growth, ensure profitability, oversee multi-business operations, and work closely with C-level executives and the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of asset management strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Provide strategic advice to executives on investments, portfolio diversification, and business performance. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units. Set and monitor sales and revenue targets to achieve profitability. Ensure compliance with SEC, BSP, and other regulatory requirements. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and investment risks. Present business, financial, and operational updates to senior leadership and the Board. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth. Proven leadership and operational excellence in asset management or related industries. Strong financial acumen and expertise in capital planning, investment oversight, and profitability management. Executive-level communication and board presentation skills. Strategic foresight with risk management and governance expertise. Ability to originate new business opportunities and leverage external networks. Skilled in managing multiple businesses and teams simultaneously. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, asset management, or financial services. Strong track record in achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Deep knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred). Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
