Multimedia Designer We are seeking a creative and passionate Multimedia Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for our agents through a variety of digital media, including graphic design, video production, and animation. Key Responsibilities Interactive training manuals and guides Presentations and infographics Videos (live‑action and animated) Motion graphics and animations Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate complex information into easily digestible visual content. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all learning materials. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and eLearning. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a learning and development context. Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color theory) Video editing and production expertise Animation and motion graphics proficiency Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), video editing software, animation tools, and eLearning authoring tools. Knowledge of Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools (preferred) Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills. A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. Bonus Points Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
