Penetration Tester Analyst position in Mandaluyong. Posted today.

Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Monitor execution of quality and food safety plans during blending operations; verify raw materials for quality, expiry, traceability, weight and other details; validate products for rework; ensure compliance to manufacturing procedures and product specifications; monitor pest control, daily production monitoring, sampling of GIPs, and environmental conditions; collaborate with Production Department (Blending) to ensure standards; prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and monitor corrective actions; prepare monthly NCR/Corrective Action summaries.
  • cGWP/cGMP and other Quality-related standards: Assist in implementing and monitoring cGWP/cGMP, Food Safety, HACCP; gather deviation reports and recommend corrective actions; assist in in-house seminars and refresher trainings for new and existing staff; conduct product knowledge/orientation for employees and sales personnel.
  • Quality Management System: Support ISO 9001:2015 aligned QAC policies and procedures; participate in trainings, meetings and audits; promote continuous improvement in department practices.
  • QAC Reports and Analytics: Generate and maintain QAC reports and records, including BSC-OGSM performance, corrective action reports, deviation reports, and inspection monitoring for blending area.
Job Details
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift; 13th month salary; Overtime pay
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: QA: 1 year (preferred); willingness to work in Navotas City (or relocation plans)
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology or related courses; professional licensure or relevant certification is an advantage
  • At least two (2) years of related experience as QAC staff in a food manufacturing industry; trainings in QMS, Food Safety, cGWP/cGMP a plus
  • Willing to work in Navotas City
