We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Inspector to join our growing team in the metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the company’s strict quality standards, from raw materials to finished products. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, product reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Monitor welding, cutting, and assembly processes to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify, report, and coordinate corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in QA/QC within metal fabrication, welding, or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and QA/QC best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Certification in Welding Inspection (e.g., CWI) or NDT is an advantage.
