As a Sales Operations Manager , you will be responsible for driving CRM excellence, enabling sales teams, and fostering cross-functional alignment to scale a global commercial engine.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations , revenue operations , or GTM program management in a high-growth B2B services or SaaS environment .
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM required ; certifications preferred.
  • Proficient in creating and managing dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
  • Highly structured thinker with a knack for building scalable processes and frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing enablement programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Obsessed with detail and quality.

Your Daily Tasks

Sales Operations & CRM Excellence

  • Own and enforce HubSpot CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Chase and coach sales reps to uphold pipeline integrity, forecast updates, and stage progression compliance.
  • Build, manage, and optimize dashboards, exception reports, and key performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to surface pipeline risks, deal slippage, and rep productivity insights.
  • Drive the creation, organization, and governance of a centralized repository for all sales assets.
  • Act as project manager for our global sales training and onboarding programs.
  • Assist in the rollout of new sales methodologies, tools, and workflows.
  • Partner with marketing and delivery to ensure messaging, proof points, and vertical content are always up to date.

Team Coordination & Operational Rhythm

  • Orchestrate regular sales huddles, enablement sessions, and QBR preparation.
  • Own meeting agendas, team calendars, and follow-ups from cross-functional commercial reviews.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, delivery, and HR for training, systems, and process improvement initiatives.
