Overview

Position Overview: We are looking for a design-focused Architect with a strong conceptual approach and advanced skills in Revit. This role is dedicated to the design development of architectural projects, with no client-facing responsibilities. You will work closely with senior team members to translate creative direction into refined architectural designs. This is for one-year contract only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality design concepts under the guidance of senior architects or the design director.
  • Produce design drawings, diagrams, and 3D models using Revit.
  • Support the iterative design process, including sketches, modeling, and digital presentation.
  • Refine spatial layouts, forms, and architectural elements to align with the design vision.
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations and design documentation.
  • Participate in internal design meetings to review progress, provide input, and align with team direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained across project stages.
  • Stay current with architectural design trends, precedents, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture (Bachelor\'s or Master\'s).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a design-focused architectural role.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and developed design work.
  • Proficiency in BIM systems, particularly with Revit.
  • Ability to work independently within a structured design direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual composition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
