Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • The position is part of the team of researchers/analysts that assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of the raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
  • Monitors and audits processes, workers and production areas to ensure compliance with GMPs (good manufacturing practices).
  • Performs various laboratory functions such as preparing materials for analysis, conducting regular laboratory analyses, maintaining proper storage of samples, and other related quality control functions.

Qualifications :

  • A graduate of BS Food Technology.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Flexible, able to work with minimum supervision, initiative, hard working and self-motivated.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong City.
  • 4 Full-Time positions available. Direct Hire.

Job Details :

  • Salary: Php15,100.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Associate Professional, Service Quality Assurance – Taguig

Description :

Ingram Micro supports Technology Solutions, Cloud, and Lifecycle Solutions with a global presence. The Service Quality Partner supports at least a single process and works with Performance Readiness Training, Operations, and site team leaders to monitor set Service Quality performance standards.

What You Bring to the Role :

  • Service Quality Monitoring, Analytics, Feedback and Validation (60%)
  • Maintenance and Operational Support/Stakeholder Management (30%)
  • New Associate Quality Talk & Overview (10%)

Responsibilities include initial validation of reported incidents, creating process performance audits, service quality reporting, and collaboration with teams to provide quality input for day-to-day improvements. Requires 3+ years of functional experience as a Service Quality Assurance partner for Process Compliance & Audit Activities and related skills. Project management experience is a plus.

Internal Candidate Qualification :

  • ICO Application signed off by Immediate Manager and Department Head
  • Meets ICO Standard Qualifications (Tenure in current role, PPD, no outstanding disciplinary actions)
  • Attended Emerging Leaders Program
  • Technical Skill Proficiency will be assessed
