【Job details】
- Create 2D and 3D models of Japanese house wooden structures.
- Prepare shop drawings for the construction of steel frames and reinforced concrete buildings.
- Create construction drawings for home renovations as requested by the client.
- Create pre-cut drawings of exterior wall materials using CAD software for residential buildings.
【Qualifications】
- Proficiency in any CAD software.
- Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings.
- Work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- A strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in Japanese architecture.
- Those with no work experience in CAD are also welcome.
