  • Assist in building and managing strong client relationships during the full client lifecycle; maximize testimonials and referrals while minimizing attrition.

  • Help practice owners reach business goals using Vericle software and services; improve profitability including RCM, workflow, compliance, EHR configuration, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Discover and troubleshoot client practice management and RCM problems.
  • Coach practice owners on Vericle analytics and third-party apps to improve profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes.
  • Build CRM processes to improve professionalism and scalability of Vericle systems and services.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO
  • Experience managing multiple US healthcare provider relationships
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts; familiarity with US medical insurance industry and claims processing
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CMS-1500/UB-04 formats

Skills

  • Motivated self-starter; strong problem-solving and learning skills
  • Teamwork-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication
  • Conflict resolution; comfortable working in Eastern Time
