Billing & Collection/Administrative Assistant (Condominium Complex in Paranaque City) – JLL The Billing & Collection/Administrative Assistant role at JLL is a condominium complex position located in Paranaque City. This description outlines responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for candidates. Responsibilities Prepare and release invoices to tenants for rental, dues, and utilities. Maintain the customer ledger of tenants to record invoices issued and payments received. Maintain the 201 file of individual tenants, including basic client identification, contracts, authorized signatories, etc. Update the weekly/monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports, including collection efficiency. Liaise with government offices regarding payments for permits, fees, and licenses. Prepare all financial reports including the annual budget. Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria Ideal Experience College graduate, preferably in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent. At least 2 years of work experience in accounting. Knowledge or experience using accounting systems. Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse service providers and client representatives. Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English and Filipino (spoken & written). Critical Competencies for Success Experience in Billing & Collection for at least 2 years. Other Personal Characteristics Well-groomed and professional; demonstrates integrity. Good interpersonal skills; self-motivated; confident and energetic. Flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations. Goal-oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
