Coordinator, Talent Acquisition – Quezon City, Philippines

Are you driven to support the Global Talent Acquisition organization by performing administrative tasks to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talents? The coordinator is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities including scheduling interviews. May assist with sourcing, screening, and evaluating internal and external talent/candidates for the assigned area of responsibility. May interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks. You will coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and provide Talent Acquisition Tier 1 support, gather insights and data using the Applicant Tracking System, and promote a positive candidate experience from application to hire.

Responsibilities
  • Support in executing successful employee onboarding activities contributing to increased new hire engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries or requests received via the ticketing system or shared mailbox (queries may include general talent acquisition questions, invoice payments and purchase order requests, hiring processes, and non-analytical reporting).
  • Be an expert on the applicant tracking system, job posting applications, and scheduling tools; ensure their consistent and effective operation; handle user setup and access management; conduct first-line investigation and troubleshooting; coordinate with other centers of excellence for Tier 2 support requirements.
  • Coordinate pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.
Role requirements
  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administration or Operations.
  • Focused on delivering in an administrative function with high attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the confidence to follow up and follow through; impeccable time management to manage multiple activities.
  • Comfortable navigating systems and technology; at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; proficiency and interest in generating and presenting reports is an advantage.
  • Competent in a highly matrixed environment and embraces coaching culture; demonstrates mature thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
