Talent Acquisition Shared Services Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Coordinator working hybrid in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. This role involves processing and managing candidate applications received through job postings in TTEC's various job boards for associate and support positions in a high-volume recruitment environment. You’ll report to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Shared Services.

What You’ll Do
  • Administrative duties such as moving candidates along the application process, completing pre-screening interviews over the phone, assisting candidate concerns received via chat, email, or phone, and processing tasks from onsite recruitment teams.
  • Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds while supporting global locations (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines). The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including night and graveyard shifts.
  • Meet targets and deadlines, close hiring quotas, and achieve performance metrics; process candidate concerns promptly.
  • Maintain excellent candidate experience and professionalism in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Be prepared to be measured against performance scorecards for reliability, productivity, and quality; adapt to changing shifts and requirements.
