Technical Support Representative

Overview

Our Technical Support Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, questions, complaints, and billing concerns with courtesy and professionalism using all resources available to Tier 1 Representatives.
  • Offer alternative solutions when appropriate if the issue is beyond training and scope, with the objective of resolving the customer’s concerns.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call through proactive communication and effective problem solving.
  • Work with confidential customer information securely and adhere to schedules, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
  • At least collegiate education required; minimum 1 year of working experience in Technical Support or related field (preferred).
  • Above average English communication skills; strong writing and speaking abilities in English.
  • Basic knowledge of VOIP, networking, routers, and modems; experience configuring, updating, and supporting VOIP solutions in a multi-location environment (preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation; willing to work night shifts.
  • Networking, IT, or telecommunications certification is a plus.
  • Filipino citizen or equivalent legal status; ability to work various shifts.
Job Details
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Up to Php 45,000.00 per month (range provided in various postings: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00; up to Php45,000.00; note: ranges may vary by listing)
  • Benefits: Health insurance, HMO (Maxicare on day 1 with dependents coverage), dental, out-patient reimbursements, rice allowance, monthly incentives, paid training, opportunities for promotion, work from home options, flex-time and other company events and perks.
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, night shift where applicable, Monday to Friday or based on location.
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, performance bonus, incentive programs, overtime pay, yearly bonus where offered.
Experience & Language
  • Experience: Technical Support Representative 1 year (preferred); other related customer support experience considered.
  • Language: English (preferred); Filipino/English bilingual abilities beneficial.

COVID-19 considerations: Always. Ability to commute or relocate to Pasig, Palawan (as applicable to the posting).
