Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)


About the role:
As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests.


What you will be doing:

  • Execute professional service implementation contracts by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy, with a good understanding of front-to-back Treasury processes, including Back Office operations (deal approvals/settlements) and Accounting/GL knowledge.
  • Research client needs, analyze trends and best practices, and create detailed program specifications.
  • Devise procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
  • Assess available technologies and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct various tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests using client data to ensure client needs are met.
  • Influence clients, business partners, and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software, and vendor selection.


What you will need:

  • 3-6 years of consulting and/or software application implementation experience, with 2 years in Treasury Software Implementation.
  • Understanding of SaaS implementation environments.
  • Background in Consulting, Project Implementation as a Functional Consultant.
  • Knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, including waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, and principles used in application development, including object-oriented development or relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition using disciplines like UML, use cases, etc.
