Position Global Payroll Specialist Company Industry BPO Location Work Location: Taguig City Work Schedule Work Schedule: Weekends Off – Morning Shift Salary Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience Work Set-Up Work Set-Up: On-site Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing At least 3 years in a supervisory role Experience using SAP software Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage Global payroll experience is an advantage Open for fresh graduates Responsibilities Manage and oversee the team and handle internal payroll operations. Serve as the Associate Manager’s and other team leads’ backup and point of escalation. Identify areas for improvement. Provide monthly performance reviews and coaching to direct reports. Take full accountability for transactions and procedures. Ensure customer service delivery by balancing personnel needs, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.
