Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for timely filing and payment of taxes (monthly, quarterly and annual) – LGU & BIR Compliance Supervise and coordinate the activities of accounting staff in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness. Maintain compliance with internal accounting controls and recommend improvements as needed. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and mentoring to junior accounting staff. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course 2–5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Proficient in MS Excel Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and audit procedures High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
