Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

  • Feature development: implement new features and enhancements in an existing Laravel-based web application according to client requirements
  • Application maintenance: troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Collaboration: work with the tech lead and project lead to clarify requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
  • Database work: write and optimize queries, migrations, and schema changes in MySQL or similar relational databases
  • Code quality: follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews
  • Continuous learning: stay updated on Laravel/PHP best practices and contribute ideas for process and product improvements
What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably in web application development
  • Experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, including schema design and query optimization
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Ability to work effectively within an established architecture and follow technical guidance from senior team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve assigned tasks independently and seek guidance when needed
  • Good communication skills within a distributed team environment
