Job DescriptionProduct Sales Associate is responsible for generating various revenues for her assigned market to meet or exceed predetermined goals. The product sales associate will work to assess buyer preferences, identify matching opportunities and ultimately convert inquiries to qualified sales leads. The Product Sales Associate will be tasked with a variety of projects that fall within three buckets; Client Support, Administrative Support and Logistical Support. This position values excellent communication skills across a number of channels including phone call, live chat and email. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT – SALES
- Shall create and post social media advertisements in our Grab N Go Bar Franchise account daily
- Facilitate required marketing material and responsibly distribute it for maximum exposure through the appropriate channels.
- Have effective strategies and use different platforms to generate leads by posting advertisements through the means of digital platforms, print media, or out of home.
- Ensure to log all inquiries and leads to Daily Prospecting Monitoring on G-Drive.
- Convert leads into prospects.
- Establish strong connections to local and international networks.
TELEMARKETING ONLINE/OFFLINE
- Shall focus on the target market provided by the management
- Shall use the industry focus selling and should widely use the internet for prospecting. Other marketing method is encouraged as long as the target will be achieved.
- Answer incoming client phone calls and provide information regarding products with urgency.
- Shall conduct a local Marketing by joining the group and posting and tagging the post on social Media.
- Use local marketing as a targeted industry marketing by using the following method:
- Joining different social media group (Min of 30 industry targeted group)
PRESENTATION OF SALES
- Shall be responsible to provide accurate information to client, assist and effectively market the company and serves as brand ambassador for the company
- Making appointments and assisting clients to conduct demo, presentation online or onsite.
- Shall be responsible to ensure that marketing materials are available prior to the presentation, including but not limited to Video Pitch, Sales Deck presentation, FAQ, APP Walkthrough, Website walkthrough, Demonstration of machine - during onsite demo, ask prospects to select food and drinks for free.
BUYER DOCUMENTATION
- Responsible for discussing franchise agreement including contractual obligation for both parties
- Negotiating with prospective clients.
- Completion of reservation and sale procedure.
- Shall assist client in signing up on the app as part of registration.
- Shall assist the client in completing its purchase and introduced it to for other add ons .
- Shall endorse the onboarding and orientation to Sales Coordinator.
PROSPECTING MONITORING
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects
- Sales Associate shall maintain quality prospecting with at least 10% conversion
MONTHLY REPORT
- Timely submission of required reports.
COVER SHIFT:
- Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.
