Technical Recruiter (APAC) – Hiring Talent in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Dubai Key Responsibilities Perform timely and accurate vendor account reconciliations for a high volume of accounts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring alignment between company records and vendor statements. Lead the investigation and resolution of complex vendor disputes related to invoicing, returns, pricing, consignment stock, and logistics charges (e.g., invalid freight). Process and manage non-program claims, including those related to product returns, invoice discrepancies, and other unauthorized or incorrect charges. Utilize SAP and Advanced Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) to analyze large datasets, streamline reconciliation processes, and generate actionable reports. Prepare and own the monthly SOX audit reconciliation packages, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Sarbanes‑Oxley control requirements. Communicate proactively and professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve outstanding issues and maintain positive working relationships. Required 3–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Financial Reconciliation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and manipulation. Demonstrated experience working with a large‑scale ERP system, preferably SAP. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency required for effective negotiation and dispute resolution. Preferred Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment. Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial internal controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
