Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager in construction located in Makati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include client relationship management, sales forecasting, and reporting. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in sales strategy development and business growth
  • Experience in client relationship management and excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineer Architect or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the design and construction industry is a plus
