Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge in electrical technology
  • Proficient in using computer and engineering application software and the ability to learn how to execute it
  • Able to read and interpret electrical drawings is an advantage
  • Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are needed
  • Good communication skills in order to properly relay concerns related to maintenance and operation
  • Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills in order to relate well with people from different levels and even from different departments
  • Good English language skills (oral and written)
What makes you great
  1. Repair and maintain electronic components and equipment used in any machine that involves electricity.
  2. Modify electrical prototype to correct functional deviations.
  3. Inform immediate superior on the improvement/modification/adjustment done or completed.
  4. Coordinate with Engineering supervisor for the daily activities and maintenance plan schedule. Report immediately to Engineering supervisor for appropriate analysis and corrective action.
  5. Determine root cause of electrical problems or failures of operational machine and equipment.
  6. Carry out preventive maintenance of all machines and equipment.
  7. Plan, and record periodic electrical testing and recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet accepted operating standards.
  8. Attend to any breakdown affecting production and carry out trouble shooting and repair in an effective, resourceful and professional manner.
  9. Responsible for safe keeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment.
  10. Practice Lock Out/Tag out and follow all safety, quality, 5S, plant rules and regulations.
