For more information, visit: Job Summary The Market Research Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support the business strategies and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and industry opportunities to guide decision-making and drive business growth. Responsibilities Monitor market trends, emerging competitors, and industry developments. Deliver insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and business growth. Create regular reports and executive dashboards summarizing key market intelligence. Conduct ad hoc research to support new initiatives, partnerships, or product strategies. Prepare executive briefings and business reviews. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators for the team. Design dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide real‑time visibility. Identify performance gaps and opportunities for operational improvements. Facilitate internal communication and ensure follow‑through on high‑priority tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Proven experience in market research, business analytics, or data analysis (preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Experience with survey tools and statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
