Your Team's Impact Irwin Data Collection & Research team specializes in providing tools that help businesses manage their investor relations activities, engage with shareholders, and enhance communication with the financial markets. These services are designed to improve how companies interact with investors and streamline related processes. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global investors and investment organizations, encompassing hedge funds, pension funds, family offices, and retail investment advisors. Maintain the accuracy and completeness of investor profiles on the platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing requests and completing ad-hoc tasks with a focus on prioritization and responsiveness. Proactively identify and report software bugs within the research infrastructure application, collaborating with the product team to recommend and implement enhancements. Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to streamline research workflows and automate data capture processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent Computer Literacy to effectively use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data Good Knowledge of financial markets to ensure effective understanding of assigned content/market Desired Skills Must have good communications skills - written & verbal need to interact with external and internal clients Numerical skills to ensure understanding of the financial data to be collected and/or processed Analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy of data Good knowledge of Excel.
