The Treasury Power Platform Specialist will be part of the Treasury Modernization team under Treasury Operations and will participate in the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Treasury Operations applications/tools. The role requires a strong background in Access, Excel, VBA programming, Power Platform Tools, and Alteryx. The ability to dissect and enhance existing databases and Power Apps applications is critical to this role.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, software development experience, and the ability to quickly learn production processes. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and communicate effectively with Business Units and stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Recognize areas within the business for process improvement and transformation through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement, applying citizen development to improve processes or solve problems.
  • Generate innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions; question traditional assumptions openly.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, validate, and prioritize enhancements and change requests.
  • Advise on process improvement strategies and work directly with developers and business partners to implement solutions into BAU.
  • Evaluate feasibility and practicality of ideas, assess risks and trade-offs, and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, IT, Business Units, COEs) and build productive relationships.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, document options, and identify optimal solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use data analytics tools like Alteryx and Power BI to analyze operational problems, identify risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Utilize low-code/no-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot to improve business processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing solutions using data analytics tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps, and Automate; experience with Dataverse or Copilot is a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite and remotely as needed, including night shifts.
  • Proficiency with BI and data modeling tools, relational databases like MS SQL and Oracle, and familiarity with ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with database structures, process re-engineering, change management, and end-user training.
  • Experience with complex system implementation projects and automation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand end-to-end processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and presentation skills.
  • Continuous learner, adaptable to change, and proactive in task management.
  • Programming skills (e.g., C#, VB Script, .NET, SQL, SAS) are assets.
