Overview We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team at Kilton Motor Corporation in Carmona Cavite. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of accounts payable vouchers for all suppliers and necessary expenses. He/she will ensure that all existing accounts payable on all suppliers and necessary expenses are properly recorded and monitored. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has knowledge using SAP or is a Fresh Graduate eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements Perform daily accounting operations such as accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations Process journal entries and maintain general ledger Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and expense processing Use SAP to input and track financial data (training provided for fresh grads) Working Schedule Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required) Experience using SAP during OJT is an advantage Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
