Service & Support AI Product Manager LSEG, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join LSEG as a Service & Support AI Product Manager. The role will lead end‑to‑end management of the ‘Question Answer Service’ and ‘AI Assistant’ products, two crucial AI products used in Operations globally. You will champion AI service and support use cases that transform customer service and guide product vision, strategy, and implementation. Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and implementation plan for product delivery, drawing on insights from users, data, and business context. Lead a team of Knowledge Management specialists, establishing purpose, goals, and leveraging technology for scale. Own entire product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Identify and champion AI service and support use cases that change and transform customer service/operations. Ensure backlog and delivery roadmap align with product delivery priorities. Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize customer feedback and requirements, lead product ideation, and drive innovation. Collaborate closely with user communities to ensure product adoption and retention. Build partnerships and maintain positive relationships with product user communities, data scientists, engineering, customer success, product, risk, legal, and operations teams. Communicate progress, key decisions, compromises, and constraints to a wide range of stakeholders, gaining consensus and establishing relationships. Write product requirements, epics, and user stories as needed. Act as an evangelist for the product and motivate partners to support its success. Ensure the product delivers positive user/customer experience outcomes, using user journeys, market and user research to inform strategy. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product effectiveness and user satisfaction. Support investment case development and product‑related approval, governance, and reporting processes. Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness. Collaborate with other LSEG Product Managers and the AI Working Group to ensure alignment with LSEG’s product strategy. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in leading people and teams. Strong problem‑solving, data analysis, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working within an Agile delivery methodology and participating in all associated ceremonies. Experience delivering early design concepts and partnering with UX and UI experts to release user‑centric products. Technical understanding of AI technologies and the technical aspects of delivering web‑based products. Experience with benefits measurement. Ability to build constructive relationships with business partners and collaborators across the organization. Critical thinking and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and creative thinking skills with the ability to influence strategic directions and guide senior partner decisions.
