The impact you’ll make in the team With our mission to provide one billion jobs across the globe, we are in need of Senior Product Managers who’ll be willing to take our company to the next level As a sneak peak of behind the scenes, you’ll be able to: Own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery, launch, and continuous iteration. Set and drive the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with company goals, including how AI/ML can accelerate impact. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data, support) to build and launch user-centric, scalable solutions. Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and pain points, turning insights into clear product strategies. Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured specs and executable action plans. Champion the user by prioritizing intuitive, high-quality experiences across all product touchpoints. Collaborate closely with designers on wireframes and mockups, offering clear, actionable feedback to ensure exceptional UX. Track product performance through data and experimentation (A/B testing), using results to inform decisions and improvements. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competition, and emerging AI technologies. Mentor junior product managers, helping them grow in product thinking, execution, and leadership. Align stakeholders through clear communication, backed by data, product sense, and user empathy. Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and execution in a high-growth tech environment. Strong product discovery skills, including conducting customer interviews and translating qualitative insights into product direction. Solid technical background or strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and scalable software architecture. Demonstrated success launching and growing software products, preferably with AI/ML-powered features. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support decisions—SQL knowledge strongly preferred. Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including data pipelines, model integration, and product implications. Ability to design or critique simple, intuitive user experiences—comfortable collaborating closely with UX/UI designers. Experience managing product performance through metrics, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and user feedback loops. Excellent communication skills with a knack for driving alignment and presenting compelling product narratives. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
