SAP Security Administrator Location: Cebu City Work arrangement: Onsite Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM The SAP Security Administrator will be responsible for delivering robust security solutions that support ERP provisioning, authentication, and application‑level security. What You’ll Do Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations within ERP systems, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and segregation of duties (SoD) principles. Design, implement, and maintain role‑based access controls (RBAC) and role hierarchies, and conduct periodic access reviews and audits. Configure and maintain ERP security parameters, including authentication methods, security policies, and profile settings. Implement and manage single sign‑on (SSO) solutions and oversee encryption keys and digital signatures for data protection. Define and maintain authorization objects, profiles, and roles based on business requirements, and troubleshoot authorization issues to ensure timely resolution. Monitor ERP security logs and audit trails, investigate security incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for incident response. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, develop and maintain security documentation, and support internal and external audits. Coordinate with ERP administration teams to apply security patches and notes, evaluate their impact, and maintain deployment schedules to minimize business disruption. Integrate ERP security with enterprise identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and manage automated user provisioning and role synchronization in alignment with HR/IT processes. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent training/experience). 3+ years’ experience in IT security, infrastructure, networking, or similar technical areas. At least 4 years’ experience in ERP security administration, preferably SAP. Experience integrating ERP with identity management systems for provisioning and authentication (SSO) for on‑premises and cloud applications. Experience with ERP access control, centralized risk management, compliant provisioning, and role administration. Knowledge and experience handling segregation of duties (SoD) risks, mitigation controls, and managing sensitive/elevated privileges. Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager’s Configuration Validation & System Recommendation or similar). SAP certification in security or system administration (preferred). Strong communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and confidently. Analytical thinking, able to handle incomplete or missing information. Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Understanding of threat actor behavior, cyber threats, tactics, techniques, and procedures. Technical and business process knowledge of ERP security. Knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies. Awareness of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, incident response, risk‑management frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with Microsoft products (M365, Office Apps, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
