We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team, offering a chance to work with a diverse range of Salesforce solutions. This position is ideal for those passionate about Salesforce development and eager to expand their skills. You will have an opportunity to work on one of our most impactful projects alongside a team of highly experienced Salesforce professionals in the Philippines and Chicago.

• Platform Engagement: Engage with various Salesforce solutions mainly Marketing Cloud. A strong ability to quickly learn and adapt is essential

• Collaborative Analysis: Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating directly with clients and stakeholders

• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Accurately document technical specifications, processes, and best practices, contributing to the knowledge base and ensuring project consistency

• Problem-Solving and Integration: Address and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with the integration team, ensuring seamless system performance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related industry experience

• Proven experience in Marketing Cloud

• Experience in core Salesforce development is not required but advantageous (i.e. Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)

• Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust by interacting directly with clients and stakeholders

• Willing to be hired on a project basis (i.e., on a short-term contract)

• Can work from 10pm-2am (Philippine time)

• Has 20–40 hours of availability per week
