Responsibilities Build and maintain backend services in Python + Flask. Lead integrations with APIs (including OpenAI). Collaborate closely with frontend and product teammates to deliver end-to-end functionality. Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. Qualifications 3–5 years of professional backend development experience. Proven ability to design and ship production APIs. Clear communicator who can explain technical choices with ease. Team-first, collaborative, and focused on solutions. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with React.js to better align with the team. Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). $2,200–$2,500/month (slight flex for top candidates). Long-term stability, growth opportunities as the team expands. 100% Remote forever.
