Who You Are Portfolio Services is an integrated suite of client services that ensures consistent, accurate and timely nightly processing of portfolio and security level returns and analytics. The Portfolio Services Reconciliation Team conducts daily analytics research on client portfolios, addresses security analytics issues, and closely supports and coordinates with other stakeholders to ensure clients’ analytics data are quality assured in real‑time. What You’ll Do Perform coverage and analytical research on incoming tasks from the Portfolio Services Dashboard queue. Learn, execute, manage and apply Confluence‑based quality assurance processes when possible. Commit to continuous learning of the tools, utilities and processes used by the team to execute and manage quality assurance processes. Commit to continuous learning of fixed‑income terms and analytics at a conceptual and application level. Share ideas towards process and output improvements. Be accountable for the work output produced. Be responsible and accountable for workload timeliness and RPD management. Be accountable for development and growth of product and process knowledge, including passing quarterly PKT. Report and consult team mentor/leader/manager for any work‑related questions and concerns. What We Are Looking For University degree holder - Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Mathematical Finance, Economics or equivalent, and in good standing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Interest in learning new concepts and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills. Quick learner; ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations. Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, logic/coding an advantage. Flexible to work in shifts.
