Warehouse Coordinator

Responsible for efficient Warehouse operation
Receives, stores, and ships goods in a timely and safe manner
Maintains the daily delivery and receiving schedule
To check all incoming goods to ensure correct quantity and stock received are in good conditions
To check proper handling of outgoing goods to ensure correct quantity, classification and in good condition Maintains accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Oversee warehouse staff personnel
Implementing Safety regulations
Collaborates with the Warehouse supervisor and associates to resolve issues.
Monitors maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and facilities
Conducts safety checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse. Ensure proper recording and filing of gate pass, receiving report and evaluation report Follows all company policies and procedures.
To perform other duties as directed by superior.

Qualifications:

Degree of Business Administration/Management or other relevant field Has experience in warehouse operation
Proven experience in Inventory management
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Pro active, with problem-solving abilities
