Warehouse Coordinator

Responsible for efficient Warehouse operationReceives, stores, and ships goods in a timely and safe mannerMaintains the daily delivery and receiving scheduleTo check all incoming goods to ensure correct quantity and stock received are in good conditionsTo check proper handling of outgoing goods to ensure correct quantity, classification and in good condition Maintains accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.Oversee warehouse staff personnelImplementing Safety regulationsCollaborates with the Warehouse supervisor and associates to resolve issues.Monitors maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and facilitiesConducts safety checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse. Ensure proper recording and filing of gate pass, receiving report and evaluation report Follows all company policies and procedures.To perform other duties as directed by superior.Qualifications:Degree of Business Administration/Management or other relevant field Has experience in warehouse operationProven experience in Inventory managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailsGood communication skills both written and verbalPro active, with problem-solving abilities
