Job Description

Assist in researching and developing training materials. Support the creation of courseware, including course outlines, student workbooks, slide presentations, and exercises. Facilitate training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers. Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs and gaps. Help coordinate and document training programs, ensuring proper records are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Education, or any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development
  • Experience in software testing or IT-related training is a plus
  • Familiarity with online training platforms, e-learning tools, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
