You will be responsible for providing a broad range of research and recruitment support to the Recruitment Consultants, working on projects across Europe, the USA and Asia‑Pacific. We will train you in recruitment research and also provide all the support needed to gain a qualification in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). Responsibilities and Qualifications Providing research and recruitment support to identify potential candidates in the Datacenter Industry. Utilizing various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to find top‑tier talent. Creating and optimising job adverts using platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobsite, Indeed etc. Collaborating with the Consultants to understand client requirements and tailor search strategies accordingly. Filter incoming applications, determining if the candidate matches the job criteria. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn. Is self‑motivated. Beneficial would be an additional language but not essential.
