Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for the computer hardware industry. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain accurate records. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably in the computer hardware or technology sector. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruiting databases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
