Responsibilities Write, edit, and proofread technical documents, including tenders, proposals, and bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and business development teams to gather necessary technical and business information to prepare winning proposals. Ensure all documents are structured logically and formatted professionally, adhering to company and client guidelines. Customise and align responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), addressing client requirements, IT solutions, and value propositions effectively. Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to enhance the quality and competitiveness of the proposals. Ensure that all tenders and proposals are compliant with industry standards and regulations, while maintaining high quality and clarity. Maintain a library of standard proposal templates, technical content, and project deliverables to streamline proposal development processes. Revise proposals based on internal and client feedback to improve the quality and success rate of submissions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Communications or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on IT tenders and proposals. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information. Strong understanding of the IT industry, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies. Experience with tender documentation, RFP responses, and bid management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as proposal management software. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills. Knowledge of legal and contractual terminology related to IT projects is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
