Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Business and Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and business acumen to help guide data-driven decision-making. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business strategy, support operational improvements, and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed business reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives through in-depth research and analysis.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in specific industry sectors relevant to the company's operations.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
