Prepare insightful reports and presentations to inform social media strategy and campaigns. Conduct in-depth sentiment check, social media presence analysis, including content strategy, engagement metrics, and audience demographics. Develop and present competitive reports to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team on social media initiatives. Proactively identify and address potential social media risks and opportunities. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong understanding of social media monitoring tools (e.g., Talkwalkers, Sprinklr , Meltwater) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proven experience with 3-5 years in social media monitoring specifically Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective brand health and monitoring reports Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Talkwalker, Facebook Ads Manager) and Google Workspace for data analysis and reporting.
