We are seeking a Purchasing Manager who ensures an organization acquires the right goods and services at the best possible cost, quality, and timeline to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices, and contracts.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and reliability.
  • Manage procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, and approvals.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and better sourcing options.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in purchasing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics, etc.) to align purchasing with business needs.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Lead and supervise the purchasing team , providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Ideal Candidate
  • 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within luxury retail, furniture, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Strong background in sourcing raw materials such as wood, metal, glass and finishing materials.
  • Experience in working with both local and international suppliers including handling importation and customs clearance.
