This is a high-impact role where you’ll: Act as the first line for feature feedback and bug triage Support roadmap prioritization and high-level scoping Communicate with vendors and partners to align on integrations Represent the Product Manager in daily standups and cross-team meetings If you thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and keeping complex moving parts organized—this role is for you ✅ What You’ll Do Feature Feedback & Triage Collect, analyze, and organize client/internal feedback Manage bug reports and partner with engineering for resolution Serve as a contact for vendor and partner integrations Document requirements, risks, and opportunities Contribute to the product roadmap by synthesizing stakeholder input Support prioritization decisions with data and client insights Product Development Support Draft user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure smooth delivery Attend sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs Represent the Product Manager in standups and discussions when needed A Day in the Life No two days are the same, but here’s a glimpse: Morning: Review new bug reports and log them in Jira with clear priorities Midday: Jump on a vendor call to clarify integration requirements Afternoon: Join sprint planning to break down a new feature into stories Late Afternoon: Consolidate client requests into roadmap themes for the Product Manager End of Day: Check open items and follow up with engineering and partners This role is about being at the center of it all—clients, partners, engineers, and product vision.
