Sales Director (Sales Management) Location: TransUnion Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. The position is hybrid—virtual and in‑person at the TU office for a minimum of two days per week. About the Role The Sales Director will lead the FinTech vertical, driving the sales team focused on executing value‑creation strategies and supporting our clients’ growth trajectory. The role reports to the CRO/CBO and leads Sales Associates covering key FinTech accounts. Responsibilities & Impact Lead the FinTech vertical and drive a commercial agenda. Develop and maintain client relationships across all organization levels, owning client strategy. Co‑ordinate internal subject‑matter experts (Consulting, Analytics) to provide a comprehensive view of TU’s value proposition. Understand market dynamics & clients’ critical business issues to drive insight‑focused discussions. Coach and manage a team of Sales Associates; set strategic direction, execution goals, and performance targets. Build partnership relationships across portfolio & pursue consultative engagements with executives. Coordinate internal resources to maximize business conversion and develop engagement plans. Present at industry events and advise on strategic sales initiatives. Establish accountabilities and success metrics, build senior relationships, and mentor associates on sales techniques. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 10+ years of management/leadership experience in Sales / Strategy / Consulting (MBA preferred). Proven ability to develop relationships, engage, advise, and communicate with FinTech sector leaders. Strong analytical and insight‑driven problem‑solving skills; consultative client engagement experience. Business maturity, leadership, listening skills and the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, associates, and market trends. Program management experience: ownership of business pipeline and effective coordination of internal resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and exceptional presentation skills. Excellent verbal, written communication, storytelling and negotiation skills. Desired Outcomes & Sales Strategy Develop and implement a sales strategy that sets short‑ and long‑term growth objectives on key accounts. Structure the sales team to target outsized growth opportunities. Set clear, challenging goals; support org forecasting and financial commitments. Implement key sales performance indicators; drive pipeline development and target achievement. Client & Associate Relationships Create purposeful engagement for associates. Visible leader with gravitas; comfortable engaging senior audiences. Build meaningful stakeholder relationships; communicate clearly and persuasively. Demonstrate emotional and inclusive intelligence. Leading Talent Attract, retain, and develop key talent for long‑term objectives. Guide organizational performance with continuous improvement attitude.
