Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen USHER’s leadership in disaster resilience technology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 7–10 years of proven experience in technology, engineering, or B2B sales, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or government sectors. Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, project bidding, and technical solution selling. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value contracts. A solid understanding of IoT, structural health monitoring, or disaster resilience technologies is a strong advantage.
