Job Title: Accounting Staff Location: Makati CityEmployment Type: Full-Time Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. If you are passionate about numbers, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner. Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply). Proficiency in accounting software SAP, or similar and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Optional: CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.)
