Probe Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Probe process improvement. Probe lots disposition.
• Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield, maverick lots (Visual and mechanical defects) and prober related problems.
• Provides engineering support to AML and Subcon requirements for probe yield report analysis (mechanical).
• Interacts with other department concerning Probe and Product related issues.
• Provides technical support to MPE and DPE in probe line. Initiates improvement project
• Submits weekly/monthly performance report. Writes test and probe process specification in accordance with company documentation policies.
• Maintains and generates probe documentation. Machine qualification and RTP.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Electronics Technology/Engineering or any related .courses.
• At least 4+ years work experience.
