About the Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is designed for early-career professionals —including university students and recent graduates —to gain meaningful work experience in the Web3 and blockchain space . Participants work on real-world projects, gain mentorship, and build skills for future career success.

Eligibility:
  • Current university students
  • Discover, interview, and write employee stories that reflect Binance’s culture and values.
  • Create engaging content for Binance Blog , LinkedIn , Glassdoor , and internal communications channels.
  • Assist in employer branding campaigns to highlight the unique aspects of life at Binance.
  • Partner with internal teams to feature authentic voices from within the company.
  • Help curate and schedule multi-platform content delivery.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for communications , branding , and culture-related content.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable initiating conversations with others.
  • Able to write in a way that is both creative and concise .
  • Thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment.
