Functional Lead (Inbound, Outbound and Sortpack) Qualifications
  • Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
  • Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
  • Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
  • Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
Responsibilities
  • Monitor functional team members including the Shift In-Charge
  • Creation of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties
  • Performance evaluation including appraisals, coaching and development
  • Monitor the daily attendance
  • Support and encourage the team members to put in their best
  • Expected to possess in-depth knowledge of all inbound, sort pack and outbound procedures and know how to use tools and other equipment
  • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
  • Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, sorting and dispatch of parcels
  • Orderly stacking of product
  • Ensure parcels are processed accurately, timely and free of damage
  • Understands that quality is never to be compromised
  • Ensure that all team members wear protective gear during execution and monitor all team mates to ensure adherence to instructions
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will be applied
