For more information about Solenis, please visit Opportunity in a nutshell This role will be responsible for leading the demand and supply planning for a portfolio of products where Sales & Operations Planning Process is a critical part. Develops the consensus statement of demand and understands and addresses any supply constraints and is also involved with overall product supply capacity planning. In addition is the key contact for Sales and Marketing and participates in the product life-cycle management process and is responsible for managing the forecast which contributes to the delivery of inventory and service targets for the assigned portfolio(s). How You’ll Add Value Lead and facilitate the S&OP process by conducting regular demand reviews with Sales, validating forecasts, and consolidating reports in SAP/Logility. Maintain accurate system data (MRP settings, source lists, forecasts) and provide analytics to support demand and supply planning. Monitor sales performance, production concerns, inventory (including slow/expired stock), and OTIF results; drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Manage operational tasks such as import/export summaries, shipping documents, vendor invoice verification, timely settlements, and IRGR clearance. Provide regular updates and reports (SFA, Bias, KPIs) to Management and Sales, supporting continuous improvement and alignment to targets.
