
Sales And Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales and Admin Specialist to be part of our growing organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth to the Company. This dynamic position focuses on expanding our customer base, generating new leads, coordinating project documentation, and handling day-to-day operations — all while keeping our brand active and engaging online.
Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via social media, email, and other platforms
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages to leads
- Maintain lead tracker and ensure all inquiries are documented and monitored
- Coordinate with internal team (estimators, engineers, designers) for proposal requirements and project updates
- Assist in materials purchasing, project documentation, billing, and filing of permits and clearances
- Maintain the company’s social media presence by posting updates and replying to comments/messages
- Coordinate site visits schedule, meetings, and manage calendar for management
- Organize digital files, project folders, and update client records
- Support management in daily administrative tasks and light operations work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
- Confident in client presentations and handling client inquiries professionally
- Must have technical knowledge or work experience in construction, architecture, or related fields
- Skilled in social media management (FB/IG page responses, basic posting, engagement)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Previous experience in admin, coordination, or sales support roles is preferred
- Must be trustworthy, proactive, and a team player
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
- Skills: Strong marketing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to persuade and influence will be key to achieving targets.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach is crucial for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed, strategic business decisions.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your drive and success.
